I'm giving everything away ✨

Published about 1 month ago • 1 min read

Reader, if you have a look at the free resources on my website or at the ton of content I post on social media, you'll see that I'm not afraid of giving away all the tools I use.

Someone asked me recently if I wasn't scared of losing potential clients because of that.

Why would they work with me when they could watch my yoga classes on YouTube or download my free guide to improve their sleep?

The answer is simple: ✨implementation✨

Let's be honest, you don't need more information.

All the info you need to build better habits, improve your mobility, fix your sleep and manage your pain is already on the internet.

What I help my clients do is make this information relevant to their life and actually apply it.

What they need is someone who has been there before and believes in them when their confidence starts to waver.

I'm always happy when someone who isn't my client tells me that my podcast, journaling prompts or Instagram posts help them. I want to have the greatest impact possible on as many people as possible.

And if you know it could work, but you don't know how it could work for you, then I'd love to work with you :)

Reply to this email or answer these questions, and I'll come back to you.

Om, peace 🧡

Clem

PS: I've listed all my free resources on my website. Please download, use and share <3

PPS: The clocks change this weekend! I've shared tips about how to make the transition smoother in my latest Q&A episode. Enjoy!

Our minds loooove to get fixated on some thoughts. Did I make the right decision? Which path should I choose? Why are they acting this way? If you're feeling stuck, I'd like you to give these a try. First, JOURNAL. You wouldn’t believe how helpful it is to write down your thoughts. Rumination happens when you’re stuck on the same thoughts that you can’t untangle. Your brain rehashes the same thoughts over and over again in the hopes that something will start to make sense. Writing down your...

How can we avoid letting other people's emotions affect our own mental state? I recently had a few people telling me their manager struggles with dealing with their own stress, which puts a lot of pressure on their team. I've been there before and it's not fun. Whether it's your boss or your partner going through a stressful time... it can take a serious toll on both your relationship and your mental health. So how do we avoid letting this happen? It's important to differentiate 3 things:...

Or rather, you can have it all, but not well and at the same time. Career, family, friends, health, hobbies… Something’s got to give. I think burn-out happens when we try to do everything well at the same time. And the sad thing is… when our health collapses, everything else follows. Our lives are made of seasons, and we regularly need to take a step back and decide what we want our priority to be. It needs to be intentional, otherwise other people’s priorities will take over. Journal on this...
