Or rather, you can have it all, but not well and at the same time.

Career, family, friends, health, hobbies…

Something’s got to give.

I think burn-out happens when we try to do everything well at the same time.

And the sad thing is… when our health collapses, everything else follows.

Our lives are made of seasons, and we regularly need to take a step back and decide what we want our priority to be.

It needs to be intentional, otherwise other people’s priorities will take over.

Journal on this

I'd like you to consider today if you feel you've been in a reactive mode for a while.

If you've been juggling too many things at once, and are just busy putting out fires after fires.

Is this temporary or a season of your life? Is there something you can change?

What is taking too much of your time? What is taking too little?

Be mindful of this throughout your day.
